My impressions
This is my first year that I have had the opportunity to have an exchange, it was a beautiful experience full of new relationships.
I think that it was a very big opportunity to know different cultures and people.
Firstly the Turkish and Estonian people came here to the Basque Country. The first impression was that the Estonian people were very cold but with the time they opened. The Turkish people in the first impression were open and nice people, like in all the exchange. We had a very nice time here; we visited La Rioja, Donosti... and so many nice places from the Basque country.
Later three students from Ekialdea went to Turkey. It was so nice but at the same time it was also a new culture to know. The families were very open with us and also our exchange partners. We also visited Istanbul that is one of the most important cities of the entire world and that was so amazing.
In conclusion I have to say that it was a very nice experience that in a way it has taught me not to be so shameful and to open more. Also it has given me the opportunity to know different cultures and places.
